Before You Request a Charter
Do you only work with superyachts?+
Not at all. We curate crewed and bareboat charters on catamarans, motor yachts and superyachts. It all depends on your destination, guest list, preferences and budget.
Can you help me if I already booked a yacht?+
Yes. We can review the match and help build the entire travel logistics around the charter.
Do you arrange airport and land logistics?+
Yes. At the airport, we can arrange a VIP Lounge, Meet & Greet or Fast Track service. If you prefer to travel privately, we can arrange a helicopter or private jet transfer.
Do you support during the trip?+
Yes. The RINA WAVES team and your personal concierge manager remain available during and after your trip for last-minute changes and logistics coordination.
How early should I start planning?+
For peak season dates, like Greece and Croatia in August or the Maldives in February, the earlier the better. Flexible dates and shoulder seasons can often offer better rates, more flexibility and a wider variety of options.
What information do you need to start?+
We need to know your dates, destination and number of guests. If you have a yacht preference, a budget range or privacy requirements, we can discuss them beforehand as well. However, do not hesitate to reach out if you do not have a planned trip in mind. We will be happy to suggest destinations and trip styles based on a general idea of your perfect holiday.
How are payments and charter documents handled?+
With absolute transparency. Before confirmation, we clarify the charter price, APA and extra payments, payment schedules, cancellation terms and booking conditions. Payment can be made directly to the yacht owner or to RINA WAVES.
Can you manage special requests for guests or crew?+
Yes. Provisioning, celebrations, sea toys, diving, crew preferences and other special requests can be coordinated where feasible.
